Why SEO Maxing exists

Most businesses that have been burned by SEO were not burned by bad tactics. They were burned by distance. They paid an agency, spoke to someone in account management, received a monthly report full of green arrows, and never once talked to the person actually touching their site. When results did not arrive, nobody could explain why, because the person who could explain it was three layers away.

SEO Maxing is built to remove that distance. You talk to me, I do the work, and if something is not working I am the one who has to tell you.

How I work

I research before I build. Not as a formality, but because most failed projects were solving the wrong problem competently. A site that loads slowly might be losing enquiries to a confusing offer rather than to speed. A site with no traffic might be blocked from the index entirely. Until you know which one you have, everything you spend is a guess with an invoice attached.

The other thing that shapes how I work is that I build and I optimize. Those are usually two different suppliers who blame each other. When the same person writes the theme and owns the search performance, the structural decisions get made once, correctly, at the point where they are still free to change.

What I have built

  • HairIsCurly, a content led beauty platform running WooCommerce on a custom theme, where the content library and image search were the growth engine.
  • Imperial Fruits, a B2B export and lead generation site, including a full brand and domain move from the previous name with minimal downtime.
  • ArticleThirteen, an editorial and guest post platform built to publish at volume without the structure falling apart.

Across those and other sites I have written well over a hundred articles myself, which is the reason I do not treat content as something to be handed off and counted. Writing the pages teaches you what the search results actually reward, and it is a different lesson from the one the tools give you.

What I will not do

  • Guarantee a ranking or a traffic figure, because nobody can control the results page
  • Buy links or use anything that trades your site’s future for this quarter’s chart
  • Report a number I cannot show you inside your own Search Console
  • Sell you the larger project when the smaller one would do

That last one costs me money regularly. It is still the right answer, because a client who was told the truth about a $499 audit is worth more than one who was talked into a rebuild they did not need.

Who I work with

Small businesses, publishers and founders, working in English, wherever they are based. The common thread is not industry or size, it is that someone in the business cares about getting this right and wants to understand what is being done rather than just approve it.

SEO Maxing is new as a business even though the work behind it is not, which is why the current rates are founding client rates and why the case studies say plainly where a project is still too early to claim a result.

Where to start

If something is wrong and you cannot name it, start with the SEO audit. If the foundation is the problem, start with the rebuild. If you already know what you need, skip both and just send me your site. I read every message myself and reply with what I actually think.
