90-Day SEO + Content Pilot

A focused ninety day monthly SEO service with real on-page work, content and reporting you can check yourself. From $750 a month.

Most monthly SEO services are open ended by design. You pay every month, the reports keep arriving, and nobody ever says the word finished. This is the opposite arrangement: ninety days, a defined set of work, and a decision point at the end where continuing is your choice rather than the default.

It runs from $750 a month. You work directly with me, and every month you can see exactly what changed on your site.

Who this is for

  • Sites with a working foundation that are not being found for the things they sell
  • Businesses publishing content already, without a structure holding it together
  • Owners who have been on a retainer before and could never tell what they were paying for
  • Anyone who wants to test whether organic search is worth investing in, before committing a year to it

Who should not buy this

If your site is slow, badly structured or impossible to edit, ninety days of content on top of that foundation is money spent twice. Fix the foundation first with WordPress development, or find out whether it is really the problem with an SEO audit.

If you need enquiries this month, search is the wrong channel. Organic results compound slowly and the first ninety days are usually about setting up compounding rather than harvesting it. Paid search will get you a faster answer, and I would rather tell you that now.

What happens over the ninety days

Month one: find the gap

Keyword and intent research against what you actually sell, mapped to the pages you already have. Most sites already rank somewhere for something useful and have never noticed. The month one work is finding those positions, fixing the pages that are close, and deciding what genuinely needs to be written from scratch.

Month two: publish and connect

New content goes live against the priorities agreed in month one, and the internal linking gets built deliberately rather than by accident. Existing pages are updated where an update will do more than a new page would.

Month three: read the response

By now Search Console has enough data to show which pages are being picked up, which queries you are appearing for that you did not plan, and where impressions are arriving without clicks. Those three signals decide what happens next, and you get that written up plainly whether the news is good or not.

What is included every month

  • Real on-page work. Titles, headings, internal links and structure changed on your live site, not recommended in a document for someone else to do.
  • Content written to answer a query. Researched against the search results it is competing with, and edited to read like a person wrote it.
  • Technical maintenance. Indexing, canonical tags, sitemaps and Core Web Vitals kept in order as the site grows.
  • A short written report. What I did, what moved, what did not, and what I am doing about it.
  • Direct access. You email me and I answer, because there is nobody else to route it through.

Reporting you can actually check

Reports are built from your own Google Search Console and analytics, in your accounts, which you keep access to throughout. Nothing is reported from a dashboard only I can see. If a number went down, the report says it went down and gives the reason I believe is behind it.

Rankings alone are a poor measure, so the reporting leads with impressions, clicks and the queries you are being shown for. Those are the numbers that tell you whether the work is compounding. You can see the same approach applied over a longer run in the HairIsCurly case study.

What it costs

From $750 a month, with the scope agreed in writing before the first month starts. The figure depends on how much content is in the plan and how much technical work the site needs alongside it.

There is no setup fee and no minimum beyond the ninety days. These are founding client rates and they rise as I add more results. The other starting points are laid out on the pricing page.

What is not included

  • Paid advertising, social media management and email marketing
  • Bought links or any tactic that puts your site at risk for a short term gain
  • A full site rebuild, which is a separate project
  • Guaranteed rankings, positions or traffic figures

Why ninety days rather than a rolling retainer

Ninety days is long enough for search to respond and short enough that neither of us can hide in it. If the work is compounding by the end of it, that will be visible in your own Search Console and continuing is an easy decision. If it is not, you should know that too, and you will not have spent a year finding out.

Plenty of clients continue afterwards. The point is that it is a decision made on evidence rather than an invoice that simply keeps arriving.

What happens after you get in touch

  1. You send your site and what you want more of: enquiries, orders, subscribers or something else.
  2. I look at it and reply with honest first thoughts, including whether ninety days is enough for your market.
  3. If it fits, you get a written plan for month one before you pay anything.

No pressure and no obligation. Send your site here.
